How do I make a payment?
There are several ways you can make a payment to us:
Online account
You can log in to your homeenergy.co.uk online account and click the ‘Account History’ tab, which gives you the option to "Make a Payment" online using a debit or credit card.
Please note: The minimum payment for this option is £10.00.
Mobile App
Alternatively, you can log in the Home Energy mobile app (downloadable from Google Play or Apple App Store), which gives you the option to "Make a Payment" from your Dashboard using a debit or credit card.
